InBody Scans Begin Tomorrow!

  • We’ll be doing initial InBody scans and measurements starting tomorrow to track your progress throughout the challenge. Make sure to sign up here so we can complete get you in and out and to ensure a team member is available. Scans and measurements need to be completed by EOD Monday, 4/21.

  • InBody has a robust app available that you can send ALL your results to once you register and set up your ID (your phone number). We strongly advise downloading the app as it also contains a plethora of information about your scan.

  • Yes, there is an advisable time of day to complete your scan, HOWEVER, it's more realistic and more important to try and scan at the same time, every time. Think Consistency!

  • If none of the times on the Google sheet fit your schedule, please send us an email with a few days/times that would work.

Before & After Photos:

  • Photos are optional but highly encouraged for personal motivation and progress tracking.

  • If you choose to take photos, please wear the same outfit for both your before and after shots.

  • Photos are private unless you choose to share your results.

Teams Are Being Formed!

We are PUMPED to have 50+ members participating in the challenge! Teams are being formed and will be posted later this week. We’re so excited to see the friendly competition and community energy come to life! If there's anyone you know that hasn't signed up yet, remind them that signups close Friday 4/18!


**Challenge Requirements Reminder**

  • The challenge runs for 6 weeks.

  • To qualify, you must attend a minimum of 3 classes per week for at least 5 out of the 6 weeks.

  • Note that you can always participate but to QUALIFY for the prizes, you must satisfy the requirements.

  • Again, winners are based on change in body fat percentage, change in waist circumference, as well as a team win for points and individual points winners.

How Points Work:

This is an accountability-based challenge.

  • Each class you attend = 1 point

  • You can earn a maximum of 5 points per week (we value rest + recovery too!)

  • Points will be tracked weekly and contribute to your team’s overall score.

Mini Daily & Weekly Challenges:

Keep an eye out for fun mini challenges and surprise tasks!

  • These will offer bonus opportunities to earn more points, and you’ll be notified in advance via Instagram posts/stories! 

  • These challenges WILL occur on hybrid days, FYI!

Team Group Chats on WhatsApp:

Base Team will be led by Coach Peter, assisted by Coach Jaclyn, Coach Matt and Coach Elias, and colors are black and white. 

Flex Team will be led by Coach Nik, assisted by Coach Mayra and Coach Lays, and colors are blue and yellow. 

Each team will have their own WhatsApp group chat where you can:

  • Motivate and support each other

  • Share recipes and fitness tips

  • Drop words of encouragement and keep the vibes high!
